Concept Store
33 Rue Majorelle
Set directly opposite Jardin Majorelle on the street since renamed for Yves Saint Laurent, 33 Rue Majorelle opened in 2011 as the city's first true concept store. Across 220 m² over two floors, stylist Monique Bresson built a permanent showcase for around fifty Moroccan and North African designers - Les Maures and Salma Abdel-Wahab fashion, L'Art du Bain soaps, Ewwel ceramics, independent art books. For a generation of Moroccan designers who once depended on Paris for visibility, it became the first proper retail anchor at home, and it remains the standard reference for what contemporary Moroccan design looks like in 2026.
