The Emporium

Opened in 1997 by The Mall Group, The Emporium was the first mall in Thailand to introduce monobrand luxury boutiques at scale, anchored by an Emporium department store and a connected luxury cinema. Following a major 2015 renovation it now sits at the heart of the EM District alongside the newer EmQuartier (2015) and EmSphere (2023), forming a 400,000 sqm retail spine connected to the Phrom Phong BTS. The department store floors carry Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Prada, Hermes, Cartier and Bulgari alongside contemporary multi-brand zones, and the gourmet supermarket is a Bangkok institution in its own right.
