Sretsis
Sretsis (the word 'sisters' spelled backward) was conceived in 2002 in a New York apartment by Thai sisters Pim, Kly and Matina Sukhahuta, with Parsons-trained Pimdao serving as creative director. The label's whimsical, hyper-feminine aesthetic - dreamy florals, Thai silk, beadwork, sweet-tart palettes - has earned coverage in Vogue, Elle, WWD and Nylon, and put the brand on the back of Beyoncé among other international fans. Headquartered in Nonthaburi with its own factory, Sretsis runs flagships in Bangkok and Tokyo and stocks into independent multi-brand boutiques globally, making it Thailand's most internationally visible homegrown womenswear house.
