Rich Mnisi
Rich Mnisi opened his Johannesburg studio fresh out of fashion school after winning Africa Fashion International's Young Designer prize in 2014. His Tsonga heritage drives a language of liquid leather, undulating chaise lounges and venom-bright prints — design objects as much as clothing. Collaborations with Adidas, BMW and Stuart Weitzman, plus runway slots at Paris Fashion Week, have made him one of the most-watched names of Africa's new luxury wave.
